Our Elopement

We’d like to share a little news with our dearest friends and family. It’s official, Valerie and Marcus have tied the knot! During these unprecedented times, we decided to make our commitment official and unique. On our 7th anniversary, we were married at the place it all started. On a beautiful fall afternoon in September, we reconvened at the kickball fields. With the assistance of an ordained minister, we tied the knot over home plate. It was an amazing moment for us to share together in the place we first met and coached kickball together for so many years. We wanted to share this moment with all of you, but time and time again we were faced with cancellations, delays, mandates, restrictions and every other obstacle that could pop up which wouldn’t allow us to put together the Wedding we wanted. We hope the next time we see each one of you it will be a time of celebration and excitement to share.
